Sandhurst Club celebrated its 10th Anniversary of Australia Day with the golfing tradition of St Andrews Golf Club in Scotland, the home of golf where the game was first played some 600 years ago.

Sandhurst homeowners have seen the median values of house prices in this prestigious golfing residential suburb jump 38% to $530,000 in the past twelve months according to recent industry figures. Sandhurst experienced the third highest jump in median house prices following St Kilda West up 81% to $1,540,000 and Essendon North up 54% to $800,000.
