Alan aged 57, started playing cricket for the Cameron Cricket Club in the under 16s in the 1970 /1971 season.
During his forty-two year season career he has made over 8000 runs, taken 350 wickets, been the Captain and Coach of the Club on several occasions and currently coaches the Under 13 Cameron Cricket Team.
