The UDIA National Awards is a night of celebrating the skills and innovation of the urban development industry and the achievements of high quality urban development sites throughout Australia. As always, this year's award nominees showcased exceptional and innovative projects of the highest standard.

UDIA National President Julie Katz said, "The UDIA National Awards for Excellence are a delightful testament to the quality of urban development throughout Australia. This year's nominated projects were fantastic examples of well-designed projects that focused on addressing critical issues, such as housing affordability, sustainability and environmental impact. I was enthralled with the standards of entrants this year and congratulate their work."

The Awards for Excellence consist of nine categories and the National Award judges, Stephen Holmes and Peter Sherrie, were impressed with the high quality of projects this year.
