2012 Directors' Choice Forthcoming Exhibition

Kirra Galleries

2012 marks two very special milestones for Kirra Galleries; it is 10 years since we opened our Federation Square Gallery, opposite the National Gallery of Victoria in the heart of Melbourne, and 15 years since we opened the first Gallery in the Southgate Arts & Leisure Precinct in Melbourne.

The collection of works that we are presenting for the Directors' Choice Exhibition is a combination of pure resonant forms and thought provoking inspiring technical pieces that showcase the diversity and skills of Australian artists. For the past fifteen years we have sourced work from Australia's finest glass artists offering original design concepts and technical skills.

The artists selected for Directors' Choice include established and emerging artists, artists who have been supporting Kirra Galleries since the late 1990s, and artists that have been represented by Kirra Galleries at SOFA (Sculpture Objects & Functional Art) in Chicago.
