Less than one week after Kidsafe Victoria called for signs to be placed on the entry to all shopping centre and supermarket carparks to protect children from being left in hot cars, the City of Greater Geelong will become the first Council in Victoria to introduce an integrated awareness raising campaign on the issue.

Kidsafe Victoria today said that signs placed on the entry to all shopping centre and supermarket car parks should be the next step in a community awareness campaign dedicated to reducing the number of children being left in hot cars.
