16 April 2009
The Kidney Kids Camp has fired up and got
underway with a lot of fun and activity this week with
the Kidney Kids tackling rock climbing, raft building
and producing their own camp concert.
Murray Watts, the Queensland
Government Parliamentary Secretary for Health
was our guest of honour on Wednesday and got
into the swing of the camp experiencing rock climbing
and a special jive session with Billy Kidney.
Another special guest was Rob
Clarke, driver of Crazy Frog
from the Kidney Kar Rally who gave the
children a close up look at the Crazy Frog car with its
blue flashing lights, frog sounds and his special Crazy
Frog Hat. Filming was carried out on the
day and get ready for some interesting emails with
Kidney Kids Camp - The Movie.
In the meantime some of the action from the
camp at Tallebudgera Active Recreation
Centre, Gold Coast Highway, North Palm
Beach.
