its Doors to The Public with Major Renovation
Sanctuary Lakes has re-launched
its dining, entertainment, function and corporate events facilities with a recently
completed $750,000 renovation.

The new refurbished
facility known as The Sanctuary, includes the Lakeview Lounge &
Bistro, with golf activities being located in the Norman Room named after
Greg Norman who designed the Sanctuary Lakes golf course.
The Sanctuary was
launched by 'Elvis' last night.
John Nielsen General Manager Hospitality, who has overseen the project,
said the re-configured facilities now provides outstanding waterfront
views with a spectacular light show at night.
Mr Nielsen said the new Lakeview Lounge & Bistro offers a quality dining
location providing a range of dining experiences including casual meals,
lunch and dinner and is open to the general public.
"The new spacious facilities have been designed to provide diners with
plenty of space and an atmosphere that encourages a relaxed dining experience
for couples, groups and families in a club atmosphere.
"Popular theme nights such as Pot N Parma on Wednesday, Steak and Shiraz
on Thursday and live music on Friday will be a regular program at the
Lakeview Lounge & Bistro.

"One of the
new special areas is a Private Dining Room for ten people which we believe will
be popular for special family functions and corporate lunches and dinners."
Mr Nielsen
said the refurbished function area can be used for elegant affordable weddings,
birthday parties, business meetings for 100 to 200 people, and is complemented
by extensive free parking, a major requirement for larger events.
Executive Chef
David Woods, a local resident and golfer, said the new Lakeview Lounge & Bistro
is the perfect backdrop for the newly designed modern Australian menu.
"We want people
to enjoy The Sanctuary as a regular and easy location to access where they can
have a quiet meal and socialise with family, friends or business colleagues
at a reasonable price."
